Comfort Living SA offers a full refund or exchange on unused merchandise that has not been installed or tampered with in anyway, excluding shipping and handling costs which will be deducted from the customer irrespective of whether the customer paid a delivery fee or not. The customer is liable for the shipping fee back to us.
Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of purchase in the original packaging. If returned products arrive damaged or used, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange. Returns must be communicated with Comfort Living SA via email within 7 days of receipt of goods together with the original order number and reason for return. Goods to be returned for refund or exchange must reach Comfort Living SA within 10 days from reporting, or you will not receive a credit on your return.
No refunds or exchanges are given for bulbs or globes. Comfort Living will only authorize the credit or exchange if the products returned are in fact unused, untampered with and has not been installed.
Any product received damaged by the customer must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Comfort Living SA will not accept liability for any damages not reported within this time frame. The claim process takes between 7-10 working days to authorize.
As this is an online store, Comfort Living SA will not be held liable for any discrepancies in the product.
